Mary Anderson helped my family find the perfect home all within our modest budget. You would have never known, however, that we were not the most important buyer she had! Our every whim was responded to nearly immediately and her care and courtesy were second to none. I don’t know how it would have been possible for us to have had such a positive experience had it not been for her constant professionalism in any and all areas. We had a few “problems” getting the closing completed and she worked with our attorney Sarah Crawford Campbell of Cockrell & Campbell, P.C. law firm to make sure they ironed the bumps out and helped us stay cool, calm, and collected. There is no one that I could recommend more than Mary Davis Anderson, and I am only scratching the surface of her amazingness with this review. Thank you a million times!!! Rebecca Prevatte

I absolutely loved working with Mary. She was literally always a phone call or text away, even when it wasn’t business hours. She was always so helpful and very knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with selling or buying with her! I would recommend her 10/10!

Mrs. Mary made my first home-buying experience excellent. She was great at negotiating the price and the closing costs I would be responsible for. She also can help with providing individuals to do the required inspections if you don’t have anyone in mind. Everybody she recommended was stand-up individuals. She is very prompt in responding to any questions or troubles that may arise. The thing I liked most about her is she never acted like she was just in it to get her commission. She truly cares about helping you find somewhere to call home. I will recommend her to anybody I know looking to purchase a home.
